A character I miss is Stephanie, who wanted to be “Phoebe 2.” She was a couple of grades behind Phoebe, so she wouldn’t truly be a part of her circle of friends. She appeared in a couple of story arcs and I thought she was going to be at least a recurring character. She’s the one who thought Phoebe stole her ball at recess:
