It was an excuse for her to buy another pair of shoes.

My wife “files” things on the sides of the stairs — the higher the stair, the more important the piece of paper.

I save up all my important papers and let my 8yrold grandson shred them when he comes to visit. Teaches him tidyness

My shoe box full of unopened envelopes got so full I upgraded to a two-drawer filing cabinet full of unopened envelopes… which is also getting quite full. Time to let my eco-friendly, 4-pawed shredder loose on it methinks ;)

The only way for paperless is to scan them into a computer.

Some things seem logical for paperless and I opt into those, others, I want the hard copy. I don’t keep a printer/scanner/fax/copier any more. I do keep a shredder.

As inefficient as it is, I still like my “File by Pile” method.

The only challenge is having the knowledge of Stratigraphy so I can find what I’m looking for.

Thanks guys. I always have told my wife that I am not the only one using the rectangular volumetric fibrous ecologically-friendly containment system for recyclable data storage.
