Talk about having ones head buried in the sand. Under Trump businesses once again proved the need to regulate them.

No, the job loss happens under Republican administrations. The Democrats are called in to clean up the mess.

95% of us never saw any tax cuts anyway. In fact, sales taxes and use taxes went up. Republicans love sales taxes, they are so regressive.

Hopefully bye-bye government endorsed hatred against “them”. Bye-bye regressive energy and environmental policies. Bye-by ignoring COVFEFE-45. Bye-bye regressive state voting poicies.

This is the typical Repub line: Dems bad, Repubs good, even though Repubs increase the deficit too and usually for things that benefit only the wealthiest few. Yes, goodbye tax cuts, but only for the wealthiest few and corporations, who often pay nothing. Yes, goodbye border wall as even the new wall Dump erected doesn’t keep out illegals and was only symbolism for his core supporters. Goodbye deregulation since we need regulation to protect our environment and save our part of the planet. Yes, and even goodbye old jobs that weren’t coming back anyway as we no longer have a great need for coal, but the manufacturing jobs are changing to new products. The green new deal will mean new jobs in solar and wind energy generation; EV car manufacturing jobs; more efficient housing design and construction jobs; and and host of other jobs that haven’t been invented yet. Repubs are the past; Dems are the future.

Republicans are losing the battle against Biden

“When you look at what actual voters think, it is the GOP (which has shrunk to 25 percent of the electorate, according to Gallup polling) who dug itself into a hole,” she explained. Citing the Morning Consult-Politico poll, Rubin noted that Biden’s approval is at 60 percent and only 37 percent disapproval, winning over independents 52 percent to 40.

The tax cuts are leaving so that the government can create jobs, that invest in common infrastructure that “job creators” can make use of and become more profitable. The jobs went away when tax cuts caused government jobs to be cut and the wealthy just pocketed the money.

Mr. Gorrell should check out the meaning of the phrase, “Bad money drives out the good money.” It’s exactly what happens when de-regulation happens, not prosperity by any measure.

Gorrell, still pushing the big lies that tax cuts for the rich and the border wall created jobs. Heck, even re-regulation will create jobs for the inspectors and regulator types, though I agree that, probably, the net number of jobs will drop. Of course, since those lost jobs were actually poisoning us, hurting our ecology, encroaching on national parks and Amerindian nations, and generally doing bad stuff to the citizens and the world, those losses, no matter how much individuals are hurting, are good in the long run.

with a little added context (and truth) it would be:

bye bye tax cuts for the rich (because the tax cuts for the working class was a one time miniscule trojan horse)

bye bye border wall which was ineffective, expensive, and imaginary

bye bye deregulation for the rich

bye bye jobs (which is a lie, but thats what we do and our base is dumb enough to believe it)

Jobs will grow under Biden. They always grow under Democrats. They shrink under Republicans, especially good full-time jobs. I’m happy to see the other things go. They were dumb.
