    He’s a penguin??

I have worked for banks three times in my life. All those experiences have taught me one thing: I HATE banks.

I believe he’s a duck not a penguin. But according to wikipedia I’m wrong.

Yah, I remember long, long ago there was a urination contest between Ollie & Berked Breathed (because ‘Bloom County’ had been awarded a Pulitzer?) which by extension drew their penguin mascots into it.

The penguin’s (and it is a penguin) name is Punk. He showed up in Bloom County during the “character strike,” and Punk was hoping to take Opus’ place and have stuffed animals made of him.
