Oh yeah. I was spending the night at a friend’s house when I was maybe 8-10 yrs old. Went looking for the kitchen light, and guess what I found? And of course there was a fork or something in there!

If there are 2 switches by the kitchen sink the odds are 4:1 you’ll pick the garbage disposal when you want to turn on the lights

It’s easy to mix them up if it’s dark in the room.

Some switches have the old labels on them after they changed the wiring.

Better hope it’s not one of those energy efficient bulbs, or you’ll need two of them turned on!
