1964. The artwork those days was really great. Hard to find good art in contemporary comics.

And they’re all smiling a little.

I presume the human sidekick will be skipped.

I guess a happy ending for the last episode. :-(

Repeats would be fine as long as the artistry doesn’t change drastically.. I stopped watching Mark Trail because he looked like a freak.

I am curious to see where this story goes since this is almost the cast line up for Tarzan #3 ‘Beasts of Tarzan’. Except in place of Numa we had Sheeta. Akut was in the story and eventually went on to save young Jack in Book #4
