With yesterday being Mayday, the elves should go ahead and form a union! Before we have a North Triangle Shirtwaist Factory like Elf tragedy because of work conditions and long shifts. I think they come under the auspices of the Teamsters union!
Always remember that the meeting that takes place on 12/26 each year is to review what went well on the 24th/25th and what can be improved upon. by 1/1/ the new projections and protocols are in place and the work begins on the next season. Prototypes of toys, socks and underwear are product tested, some accepted some rejected, and the final production push begins April 15th. By 10/31 the prepositioned storehouses are filled and name tags placed on each gift, organized by zip code [postal zone codes] so that Santa can pit stop, pick up his resupply and continue on his journey on 24 December.
