There are only two of us, but we have charging cords everywhere. However, they are NOT on floor. We have a cat that likes to chew on cords. She has taught us to keep them up and stashed in difficult (for her) to reach places. We like being able to charge our devices where ever we are, so lots of neatly wrapped cords everywhere.

Pick them up with one foot, vacuum, drop them back down. Or go around. She will never be able to put them back as she found them.
