There are so many politicians who fit this description, and that’s just sad. Some haven’t been in office for 50 years, but during their time in office, they’ve done next to nothing. And yet, their constituents continue to vote for them!
This is an open ended question. I can think of too many to list.. Start with Johnson and Kennedy! How they ever even got out of high school is beyond me!
