There are some things you get to do as an adult compared to when you’re a kid.I can stay up as late as I want, but I go to bed early because I have to work tomorrow.I get to drink Dr. Pepper and eat cold leftover spaghetti for breakfast.That’s a victory!
My parents were dream crushers too. They specialised in crushing my spirits though. No one else, just mine. I would get sreamed at, a horror story or some sort of lie to keep me from trying to do anything to improve my life.
