    As a side note. I’ve come to the conclusion that, since the Bible does not acknowledge evolution, that man and woman today look like they always have looked from the moment God created them. This means that in order to explain all the various shades of skin that modern people have, Adam and Eve must have been an interracial couple. Some took after mom, others dad and some were a good mix of both.

    So if we are created in God’s “image and likeness,” what color is God’s skin? What kind of genitals does he (she?) have?

    A couple of interesting side-notes:

    Many biblical scholars think that the fruit they ate was actually a pomegranate.

    When English acquired the term “apple” from another language, it actually was a generic term encompassing any fruit. Since they already had the word “fruit”, it was applied to the specific fruit we now call “apple”.
