Throw in a bar of soap. That’ll clear her out.
A couple truckloads of chlorine should clear it.
That explains what happened to her cigar.
Now, if the owners had thought of putting a tarp over the pool…

You have to do more than drain it to get the witchy out.
She could have resisted, but she chose not to!
Rent an oil skimmer.. probably pay for itself with a bit extra left over.
