@Numbe Three Today’s strip IS funny but, it’s a repeat , our HERO Mr Andrew Capp’s opinion of the new bloke at the Job Centre is very negative because of of his eagerness to find him a job, work is the curse of the drinking classes :o) My avatar is a picture of Sleepy ,which is how I feel because acid reflux kept me awake all night :o{ , how was your day?, our should be a little busy but calm I hope , wee have no errands to run , it’s not raining and we both are in a dazed but good mood , and Bella is growing fatter , keep safe and thanks for caring young Lady

Employment center employees come and go, but Andy remains long term unencumbered by the rigors of gainful employ…

With that kind of send off you might better have expected Andy would bump into the Vicar on his way out.

The guy in the Job Centre must be the world’s greatest optimist!

The Job Center guy seems to like a challenge. But like Sisyphus, he will keep getting Andy job interviews, but never a job. Andy will keep on rolling back down to unemployment.

Well, I should hope not!

What a bum.

The man at the Job Center doesn’t realize that Andy is a true Professional. He’s a professional layabout, a professional drunk, a professional scofflaw, a professional … need I go on?

There will always be a percent of the population who, without legitimate issues, don’t want to work nor improve their situation. Call it what you will….

Long-term unemployed is not even close to being descriptive of Andy’s work history.

I bet some people would love to have a work coach like that. Although Andy deserves somebody to put the pressure on and hound him with weekly phone calls.

Maybe I’m mean.

At the risk of being a bit TMI… Is the acid reflux a yellowly colour?

I’ve actually threw up all liquid before but it wasn’t acid reflux. Maybe I’m remembering wrong and probably didn’t throw up any liquid but I’m not going to give it that much thought and headspace. I really hope you feel better soon.

I have seen your Facebook page and you have Sleepy on there as well. I got a notification saying my temporary profile picture has changed back to the original one (same one I have here) but it hasn’t yet. Maybe Facebook needs an update from the Play Store “or summat” as Eldo would say.

I figured out why it didn’t change back. When I set it, I forgot to set it to “Temporary” so had to change it again to do that.

Sounds like he’s in for a real challenge.

Why does Flo keep putting up with him. She needs to PERMANENTLY dump him like a bad habit.
