How can a killer whale be the same size as a dog?

I have said it before…my kids loved Clifford but it bugged me that he was never the same size. The color was always on point but he could have been called Clifford the size changing Dog. Great art though!

I only wonder where Clifford will take this whale? To an ORChArd?

For some reason Poncho has bonded with the fish. He is always trying to help him and even takes him for a walk.

Okay, so Paul Gilligan’s sense of scale is a bit distorted. The point is that Poncho managed to come across an even more absurd example of his own behavior.

You’ve never heard of the “Clifford the big red dog” series of books? This is an homage.

Poncho started this walk in contentment. I suspect it will not end as well.

I went to Duke for my doctorate and my apartment was just off campus so I’d walk past both part of the hospital and the research labs. On pretty days, I’d see guys in lab coats with animal carriers for rats, etc., out giving their lab animals a bit of stimulation.
