I’m with Ralph on this one, it’s his gift card so he should be able to decide what to spend it on! However, who bought Ralph the gift card? If it was from honeybunch (can’t think what her actual name is lol) then he’s no doubt paying for it either way

Either they come from a store where one would NEVER buy anything or they are ones which never can be used in full as one can’t make a purchase paid partly with the card and partly with other funds to use up the balance, so unless one finds something to buy which comes exactly (including sales tax) to the amount of the card – there will always be a balance left on it.
Latest one someone thought to send us was for Amazon – we don’t shop online – unless there is something we ABSOLUTELY NEED and there is ABSOLUTELY no other way to get the needed item and his sister knows this – why she decided to give us a gift anyway we have no idea. I guess if we stay stuck in the house past then we can use about 15% of it for gifts for her daughters for their birthdays and keep repeating – if there is something to buy for them and then we have to deal with the problem when the gifts go wrong.
