Not to be cynical (ok, I am) but I’m waiting for a copyright lawsuit from the owners of Rosie and RoboCop for use of those images

Putting on my geek hat: Rosie is a robot while Robocop (despite the name) is a human with mechanical parts added. In other words, he’s a cyborg. The Terminator would have been more a appropriate date-night choice, as he’s also a robot. Or perhaps the Tin Man. OK, geek hat off now.

And together they had a kid named Wall-E, but of all robots, why Robocop? Rosie is entirely a robot, Robocop is part man part machine. She might have better luck with Iron Giant.

So, will Hanna & Barbera get a royalty check from this flagrant knockoff of Rosie from The Jetsons?
