I have a defensive measure against women with PMS. I carry potato chips and M&Ms. If I get attacked, I throw them into the air like chaff to confuse a surface to air missile and I make my getaway.
I am writing a fictitious book called “101 Reasons I am Glad I’m not a Girl.” Whenever I hear of a woman’s issue or “female problem” I blurt out a number. PMS is one of the lower numbers. Some of them are sexist (like this one), some of them are trivial (like “As a man, the world is your urinal”), some of them are biological (women’s plumbing and body chemistry are way too complicated) and many of them are sociological (pay differences, having the status of chattel in some cultures).
Please don’t take this the wrong way, ladies, I’m glad you’re here (not only would life be impossible without you, but it would be a lot less interesting), but I am also glad I’m not one of you.
I think it’s easier being a guy. Besides after nearly 72 years of being one, I’m not about to switch. I’d have to buy a whole new wardrobe and I don’t think I could learn how to put on a bra.

When women get PMS, it means PreMenstrual Syndrome.
For men, it means Pack My Suitcase.
