Bok doesn’t think that enough citizens have died yet.

Did Bok lock himself inside the box again? He just can’t get beyond the concept that medical science is NOT a political statement.

The REALITY (not something Bok usually notices) is that by staying masked and isolating early and consistently, we could have avoided many (more than half, according to stats from elsewhere) infections, and could, thereby have begun a RATIONAL relaxation from the most stringent measures without much danger. Of course we didn’t do that (or ramp up free fast testing), and the consequences are as easy to predict as tomorrow’s sunrise. Though nowhere near as pleasant.

I thought this was a drawing of conservative attitudes toward social issues.

Baghdad Bok will be getting an early visit from KRAMPUS!!

When the real lockdown comes, i.e. martial law, you won’t have to worry about a mask at all.

Except maybe a gas mask.

Hair Groppingfuror could have consulted the pandemic playbook prepared by President Obama’s administration. He could have consulted on containment with our ally, South Korea, which has suffered 674 deaths and 70,000 cases approximately 1/6th to 1/7 that of the U.S. Instead he lived up to what Dems and moderates expected when he was elected, total failure of leadership.

Bok is going down with the S.S. Trumpanic. Hope there are enough lifeboats.

I asked before in other Comics, why come and read this comic if you hate so much? Do you bang your head against the wall for fun?

Once we suppress Covid enough, we’ll open back up. We just have to actually finish the job first. And the more we open up prematurely, or lose our discipline, the longer it will take and the more people will die.

Too bad the murderously stupid republicans totally screwed up the nation’s response to covid. Other countries have gotten over it but Trump wanted herd immunity and spread it everywhere.

Bok doesn’t seem to listen or learn. If his ilk had used masks, there would be no need for a lockdown!
