Just read about one of the larger cities in South Dakota that actually decided to start wearing masks, social distance, limit the number of people in bars and restaurants. Big surprise, they have far fewer cases than the other cities in the state.

In the course of two weeks, South Dakota’s deaths from COVID-19 went from one in 1,000 to one in 800. And it’s still climbing.

As of today, 10 December, South Dakota has 1,147 deaths from COVID-19, and 25.55% testing positivity. It has (or had) a population of 903,027. I get 1 death out of every 787 people.

This is what comes of denying the inevitable. Or supporting #45.
