Hysterical laughing can have the same effect. Of course, I haven’t had a good laugh for over a year now, I mostly cry hysterically now and it just makes my depression worse. I need a good laugh soon.
WARNING, TMI: General Practitioner said I didn’t have a problem. MRI for a knee condition was interrupted for a bathroom break. Knee surgeon (after successfully doing his job) prescribed Tamsulosin. Non-existent problem instantly greatly improved. Have since started mixing capsules for 1/2 dose to reduce a residual symptom (similar to Auntie Acid’s Mom) without losing the advantages. (Don’t tell my knee surgeon or pharmacist).
