I have to agree with Luann on that last comment. Once upon a time Brad was quite the dull slacker, probably only slightly more motivated than Knute who I really thought got into the lead paint a lot as a child but Brad has done a 180 degree turn in his life. He has become a pretty decent member of society and has made a good life for himself while Luann has essentially stagnated socially and at times seems less mature in 2021 than she was in the ’90s though she has a kind heart as illustrated by how she helped Tara in the current strip.
