So quick question… Can a medical doctor diagnose mental or behavioral issues? I know that is not exactly what is going on here, but it brought that question to mind. If anyone can help with something beyond the “cartoon Doctor” genre, I would be interested in knowing the answer.

My late step-father was one. Emergency room was on a first name basis with him. He had good insurance – and used it often!

HIs condition can only be treated with a series of expensive tests and Class A placebos.
