I walk my dogs down a long street that dead-ends. When I have to bag their stuff going down, I leave the bag in the gutter so that I can pick it up on my way back home so that I don’t have to carry it a 1/2 mile. I hope my neighbors don’t think I’m just “dumping” it in the street and leaving it.
