The mammoth has two brothers; they prank everybody into thinking it’s one really fast mammoth.
Maybe try a good kick to the trunk? Or maybe a mouse can scare it off?
Fawna gal doesn’t really grasp the whole “clasp his neck” concept.

In the second panel Tarzan and Fawna look as though they are on a schoolyard swing. Time for a T-Rex, Sabre-tooth lion pride, or Bolgani troop intervention to take down that huge wooly bully flesh-eating mammoth!
