I’ve been thinking that all Americans should start flying their flags at half-mast in memory of the over 200,000 citizens who have died, and in protest of this administration’s cavalier and incompetent handling of this pandemic. And we should keep them at half-mast until science is listened to, substantive steps are taken, the infection rate comes under control, and a trustworthy vaccine is available.
It’s way too late to abandon the ship that you should have abandoned back in January of 2017!

Glad to see Lindsey and Grassley appearing on the confirmation hearing for the Trump Supreme Court nominee and REFUSED to be tested for Covid-19 while trying to get re-elected. Then the junior Senator from Utah who has tested POSITIVE . . none of them care if they might infect anyone. That says a lot about today’s G.O.P. – Trump’s G.O.P..
In Thursday morning’s SJ judiciary committee meeting, I think Lindsay Graham just hinted that he didn’t vote for Trump in 2016, and DEFINITELY suggested that Biden will probably win the election in November. I found his honesty refreshing, but it’s a case of too little too late! If you’re going to “dance with who brung you”, even when they strip naked, light the dance floor on fire and start a riot, you don’t get to claim that they were just your ride to the club.
