Owners miss the revenue, that is for sure, even in a normal year there is no way they would throw away 2 home games they can tack onto season ticket holders’ bills. The small guy loses out too, the ones who make some extra coin working at the stadium on game day or charge $20 a car to park in their yard to tail gate, etc……
Probably why they want to cut back to two preseason games but expand to 18 regular season games. The gate will be the same because season ticket holders are stuck buying for ALL home games whether they count in the standings or not, but those two extra regular season games will bring in a whole lot more TV revenue.
Will someone answer me this. Season tickets holders and people buy single tickets pay the same rate as they were a regular season game yet, come playoffs you pay a premium.
I think the players would disagree. Brady has been saying how he still isn’t quite in synch with his receivers, and his o-line barely seems to know each other’s names.

I’ve heard that there are at least two new stadiums that were built recently that were over one billion dollars each . Who pays for that I wonder ?

COVID 19 – Tennesse 23. Another postponed game for the Titans. They will soon be scheduling their makeup games 2 per week.
