Not sure what an unrenoed house is but I’m sure it fits in with unreal estate!

Look around you, Betty. The real eyesores are the houses with dirt, bricks, plywood, and tools piled up in their front yards.

Our current house was remodeled back in the late ’80s. They added a sunroom and expanded the kitchen. Whoever planned it really understood kitchen flow and liked highly-usable fixtures.

    Castles are not eyesores.

What I like best about my house is that it’s a log house (one of those panabodes, but with round logs instead of the squared kind). It’s never out of date, and since I refinished it (it took me 3 years because I did it all by hand), it looks like a new house. We got a professional to rebuild the roof, I’m not THAT crazy – it is HUGE!

My home may not be “unrenoed”, but it is paid in full. No first or second mortgages.

    I’ve got a great idea for a show name: “Reno 911”! … What? ☺

Well, my grandpa (who was a home builder for part of his life) told me “never have the most expensive house in the neighborhood”.
