Loved the role playing team building exercises. We had one. The only one. I took it to the limit. Distressed all the managers. I acted like Steve Ballmer. Scared the crap out of everyone.
Looks like a success, two teams in fact, working on the same goal.
That’s it, keep them apart until all the bets are in!
If only it was that exciting…our last team building event was a pencil relay
Perhaps they would experience benefits while inside a walk in cooler.
