In the late ‘50s, there was a movement to ban Stooges shorts from tv as parents and teachers were claiming a rash of these incidents. In the ’60s, it was kids imitating pro wrestlers on tv. Then it was kids seeing movies and tv shows glorifying gun fighting. Um, parents, you have a role in telling your child what’s real and not, what’s acceptable behavior.

The Stooges were known as educational television in my house. They are on MEtv Saturday afternoons.

Warner Brothers cartoons are violent too…

There isn’t much in a Three Stooges that isn’t violent… ☺

Let’s see, they’ve removed the stooges, old cartoons, Huckleberry Flynn, Dr. Seuss, what will be next for the great SJWs of America.
