At least one cup of coffee. Actually prefer Cafe mocha first thing in the morning.

Lately, I have found that the little beeping from my watch alarm isn’t waking me up, I need a louder one. Ears? Age? I don’t know…

And the aroma from said coffee maker works pretty good too.

Not if you don’t like coffee.

They are retired. Why bother with any alarm clock?

I’ve never drank coffee, except to taste it…yuck…so I drink something ICE COLD, all day, all year round.

I first started drinking coffee when I was 12 and was on Weight Watchers.

When I was out of college and working in an office there was coffee break in the morning and I continued to drink coffee. Then my boss retired and my dad and I took over his practice – no longer coffee break and since my stomach had decided it did not like black coffee with no sweetener as I drank it, I stopped drinking it. Only people in our extended families who drink coffee are 2 of our BILs so I would have a can to make for them for after Thanksgiving dinner, but that stopped 11 years ago when we had bed bugs and no longer have anyone in the house.

My question is – how small is their house that he hears the coffee maker from his bedroom?

I do keep my bedroom clock on 24 hour time. How many times have you set the clock to pm when you meant am? When I would set it for to wake up for something urgent I would be out of bed and checking the am/pm setting all night – and barely get any sleep. So I switched it 24 hours mode and now it is set for the right time.
