I used to enjoy that song with the line about “You put the ac-CENT upon the wrong syl-LOB-ble, and siii-iiing” . But recently somebody dug up a clip of an old original performance, by somebody like the Andrews Sisters, and pointed out that the stress variation is supposed to be instructions for putting on a Jamaican accent.

Almost screamed at the hand reaching out to grab me in panel 2! Thankfully I was able to thrust a water bottle into her grasp and escape.
Great art work. I was absorbed in the story telling, and after reading it all my eyes dropped to the hand and I got a bit of a start.
