The US is paying for decades of encouraging ignorance and selfishness. You reap what you sow.

I am surrounded by MAGA-Hatters at my new job. They do not want the federal OR state governments telling them that they must wear masks ANYWHERE. All these precautions are encroaching on their individual rights! (I am keeping a low political profile there, as I need the job!)

The number of online comments that I’ve seen that state something like “as long as te libs are crying, I’m happy” is appalling. How miserable does your life have to be for that to be your criteria for “happiness”?

Republicans are keeping the USA shut down by refusing to deal with reality.

Please draw one with an anti-mask zealot confronted by maybe a grieving family, including small children, whose loss of parent includes no income homelessness, a large hospital bill, another family member racking up medical bills to cover treatment for a permanent lung/cardio/blood condition resulting from mask-hater choice of how to exercise his/her personal “freedom”. Too many people associate refusal to wear a mask with health risk to the refuser (only a very minuscule risk exists for that individual), instead of potentially anyone he comes within infection range of, and others infected by anyone he/she/they proceed to unwittingly infect.

I’ve heard of at least one person whose last words were “I thought this was a hoax.” There’s a market for that on headstones and other grave markers…

Republicans are moving toward midstream with many just beginning to realize that they are mounted not on a horse, but on a kelpie intent on destroying all, including them.

Wearing a mask is NOT a political statement….It’s an IQ test.

Who’s got the Government Death Panels now? A decade ago they fought to go bankrupt with their bloodsucking private insurance in the name of “FREEDOM”. Now they’re following a idiots lead to liberate America from the tyranny of common sense.

No mask, no brain, Trump supporters. Wear no mask with “pride”.
