If it’s rude to refer to generic, non-specific people as redskins, what does it say about anyone who’s willing to refer to very specific, easily identifiable fellow human beings in an insulting manner as karens?
Not that any self-absorbed, navel-gazing Americans ever give a rip about it, but the Karen people are a nationless (and thus often oppressed) culture of Southeast Asia, often thot of as that region’s equivalent of the Kurds.
