It took Babe Ruth 22 years, how old is Snoopy and how long has he been playing baseball? Maybe Snoopy plays 28 games per week?

Snoopy bats for Charlie Brown’s team, right? How come his team loses every single game?

Bring them ALL in Big Dog. Bases Loaded. If I strike out at least I got a shot to play real ball.

Snoopy is a dog of humble beginnings.

No doubt the Red Baron will stop this home run binge

I never hit a home run. Holes in one, sure. But, no home runs.

But does old Snoop cave under pressure?

Snoopy doesn’t appear to be a power hitter. I am betting all his homers are of the inside the park variety. His base running prowess is what makes him such a dangerous hitter.

This is one of my favorites in this arc. Been waiting for it! Last panel still makes me laugh.

Schulz reached the penultimate in wackytude here having Snoopy within one home run of the Babe’s record.

with all due respect, i don’t think Snoopy faced quite the same level of pitching as Hank, or the same size field
