I wonder if Blammo is made by Post. They ruined all their previously good cereals by going whole grain across the board. AlphaBits used to be an occasional treat – now they taste terrible. And they’re still loaded with sugar, so they can’t be considered nutritious or suitable for regular consumption. They taste bad, AND they’re bad for you!

“Blammo” IS a great name for a cereal, though!

Raisins are loaded with sugar. There’s probably more sugar in the raisins than was in the marshmallows.
