What.. will all the rednecks put in the back window of their truck if you get rid of all those confederate flags? Their very manhood is dependent on that symbol.
It really would be comforting to know that everyone who votes is loyal to the Constitution of the United States of America rather than the traitorous Confederate constitution that did NOT believe that all men were created equal.
The gesture is appreciated, but we really need to see crews at the parking gate stand with screwdrivers removing Confederate battle flags from the front plate locations of all the NASCAR faithful BEFORE they’re allowed into the parking area.
As I have pointed out before, there is NO difference between the Confederacy and the original Black Panthers or Louis Farrakhan’s Nation of Islam.
All Confederate leaders, both military and political should have been tried and hanged for their attempted insurrection!

The Confederate monuments were erected, not to memorialize a vanquished foe, but to serve as a daily reminder to a portion of the present-day population that, at one time, they were a subjugated populace.(And Donald John Trump is aware of this and wishes to encourage such reminders)
It’s amusing to me (in a sort of “watch the wreck” kind of way) to notice that the vehicles around here that fly the confederate flag are also the ones that are loud, big, jacked… and pretty often the source of cigarette butts and empty containers. Not to mention that they almost always also sport some kind of NRA dogma.
The South just will not let go of the past ,a lost cause ,a bloody bloody war ,a destroyed region ,you would think they would want to forget and get on with living .
