All joking aside, I hope someone is trying to evacuate Sopapilla to a place where she can get competent medical treatment.
Although I have to admit my enthusiasm for her is fading a bit. I adored her when she was the bespectacled, fashion clueless, smart mouthed, and fearless bantam that we first met.
Since then she has acquired a fashion sense, apparently invested in contact lenses, but otherwise morphed into another generic babe in the Rip Haywire universe with nothing to say about events and nothing to do besides get shot by bad guys in order to be rescued (maybe) by good guys.
I had such hopes for her! Sadly, I’m guessing she too will be at best, relegated to a tertiary role.
Frankly, I don’t blame Cobra for wanting to get away from Sheriff Rock. That’s not cowardice, that’s common sense. She’d be better off with Sheriff Utah, who as far as I know, has not gone off the deep end.
