On the side; Life isn’t a soap opera, those have to go through some kind of script approval.
Take the 20¢ and put it in the bank. When you’re ready for university in another 90 years, you’ll have enough for a cup of tea in the cafeteria.
Sounds like my dad, who would give us a quarter as a weekly allowance in order to “teach us fiscal responsibility”…but all it taught us was that dad was a skinflint.
