Hard for the FBI to find copies of the Constitution to shred, after Trump has worked so hard to shred them already…

Well, this is unusually stupid. Barr’s putative explanation is that Flynn’s self-admitted lies weren’t “material” enough to the FBI’s legitimate counterintelligence investigations. That’s a statutory issue. Setting a lower standard would still be constitutional.

Not a day goes by that Bonespurs or (make that and/or) one of his brigade don’t break the rule of law, and Constitution, they hate ‘’em all.

Like others have noted about their service, I too took an oath, actually several times, to support and defend the Constitution, and nation, and people.

After today’s disrespect for WW II veterans, by risking their lives after two of his close aids his valet and Pence-l-necks press pawn(Miller AND his wife actually) because he doesn’t want to smear his makeup with a mask.

Bonespurs isn’t even worth the respect of spitting on him.

The Russian chapter of the psychopath’s book is sordid at best, and treasonous at worst. Flynn was right in the middle of it. This whitewashing of history will make for plenty of doctoral theses about how the Republican Party looked the other way while the psychopath and his cronies actively worked with the Russians.

Split hairs all you like. The FBI was rightly concerned about the trump-Russian criminal nexus. It still exists.

We have NEVER seen the DB records showing how much the psychopath owes the Russian oligarchs who financed his various semi-successful and failed real estate ventures. The net rates of return to the oligarchs, including Putin, were likely asymptotic.

Logan Act? Guess that does not apply to John Kerry “negotiating” with Iran in 2017?
