As usual, Donnie has worsened, if not created, his own problem. Had there been an early, massive, federally organized and backed effort at testing, contact tracing, and selective quarantine, there would have been far less damage to the economy he so desperately wants fixed.
The TOTUS wants to go back to having huge crowds of adoring fans chanting his name. Vast seas of FOX brainwashed ‘muricans. He’s suffering terminal cabin fever. He NEEDS that approval. He’s desperate. The Trump Daily Sh&t Show isn’t doing it for him anymore – he’s bored with it, so that’s why he wanted to disband it.
It is absolutely amazing! The “mitigation” efforts for Trump’s reelection efforts, thus far have been based on modifying the coronavirus “model” to predict fewer deaths (such as Arizona is currently doing) and establishing plans to start labeling reports of coronavirus deaths in the various states as “fake news”!
Neither action will have ANY effect on the number of deaths caused by the “Trump Virus”, but it WILL allow Trump supporters the ability to ignore the ever increasing death toll (assuming you can drown out the cries of “Bring out your Dead” from the body carts in the street outside your door, that is.)
You need to understand that Trump WILL NEVER condone massive increases in testing – because every time a state, municipality or business DOES INCREASE their testing, they find massive number of infections, and this is totally counter to what Donnie John wants to hear – so – no increased testing!
The ONLY THING, to Trump’s way of thinking, that America “needs”, is enough people left standing in November to vote him in for another term.
So as long as there are three people left alive in America, he’s happy – as long as two of them are Trump supporters!
