Are collect calls still a thing?

It’s the only kind of call collection agencies make.

You can still decline the collect call.

Took me few seconds. It’s not a “collect call”, it’s a “collect(ion)” call. Subtle, nice.

They are if you’re calling from prison, you have to accept the charges
