If it will make you feel better, wear clunky plastic glasses with an attached moustache or draw a smile on the mask. If you DON’T wear the mask, someone you care about may NEVER feel better.
I am thoroughly enjoying the isolation. Yes the pandemic is horrible, the suffering, grieving, and loss of life is unimaginable. BUT, I never liked hugging, shaking hands, getting physically close to folk, small talk, or parties. Now all of that is gone, and I don’t miss it. I don’t plan to return to any of it, TBH, when the pandemic ends.
Also, I’m lucky enough to have a job that allows me to work from home, so the two things I always hated about my job—the drive to work and the drive home—are now gone, as well.
I’m hoping my company (which is international and has over a quarter million employees) will allow some of us to work from home permanently.
The surgeon general has said that your risk is higher wearing a mask. People drive while wearing them, and have caused accidents. This whole socialist scam is getting tiring and dangerous to our lives and freedoms.
There really isn’t a need to wear a mask outdoors in a suburban neighborhood where there’s plenty of room for distancing. While out walking my dog, I talk to other dog walkers who are across the street. I’m grateful I don’t live in a more crowded area. The dog walks are all that’s keeping me sane.
AMEN to ALL of the above! And say it louder for the people in the back. This world is all kinds of wrong. I don’t know if it will ever be right again …

I’m retired and was never very social, so I’m fine with isolation. My wife, not so much; but she does like her 15 sec. commute.

There’s always the telephone, and if you have the setup, you can Skype. (We don’t)

Best part of all this is the dress code…more than relaxed or casual/basically non existent.

Wait until the hot weather to see if anybody wears a mask.
