    If someone always jumps up to say “It’s Canada goose, not Canadian goose”, then why isn’t it “Canada bacon, not Canadian bacon”? Just wondering.

    Burger dude…Just give him the ham and let him think it’s Canadian Bacon. Patrons to your fine establishment are not likely to know the difference, or care.

    I remember the time my then-seven year old tasted Canadian bacon. The look on his face was one of pure disappointment.

    Of course. When I want Canadian bacon I don’t want ham. What I really want is bacon, but I believe Canadian bacon tastes the same but has half the calories. Bacon lite, if you will.

    Canadian bacon is sliced pork loin. Ham is the leg. Neither of these is as good as pork belly, aka bacon
