I guess I went to a school big enough that the nerds (future scientists and engineers) weren’t really picked on. It’s not like the non-nerds were going to be in physics, chemistry, calculus, advanced writing and English classes. Oddly enough, the team quarterback during my senior year was also the one who took the top physics award. It’s foolish to think all nerds are small and weak.
