Shrove Tuesday is two weeks too late! This is Lent now! Love the pancakes especially ready ones from supermarket and warmed up in microwave. Lovely!

I see you getting quite a few pancakes that have flipped on to the floor

Fred, best to pre-position for the fall out. Yum!

I’ve never tried to toss a pancake in the air to flip it, something about cast iron…

The more tossing, the more for Fred!

But Fred benefits either way.

What could go wrong? Check the ceiling for leftovers from the previous time.

I have flipped pancakes in the past, but it was always over a campfire.

OMG my Buddy Max is looking down from the Rainbow Bridge and drooling as he loved his pancakes. He’d sit and watch us make up patches and there was separate dish for him and he’d look as we put each one on it and he barely chewed them he loved them so. We couldn’t figure it out since they were just plain pancakes.

I’ve always wanted to be able to mix food by flipping the pan like those guys on the cooking shows. I’ve always been afraid to try. Flipping pancakes without a spatula is a similar skill.

From Fred’s point of view, this idea is a total winner … just so long as he stands far enough back that they don’t land directly on his head.

Fred is waiting for the SAUSAGE that goes with the pancakes !
