I recently switched to Splenda with fiber. I figure if I’m gonna be putting four packets of Splenda in each coffee, why not get four grams of fiber in each cup.

Granny always said’ “Eat your roughage”. Now they sell it at $5.95 a box, like I can’t read a Quaker Oats box for $1.29? “Chew & Move will get you going. Now in Chocolate” Chocolate?

Fiber is foul and foul is fiber. Hover through the fog and filthy air.

flight…. that Splenda stuff will kill ya… better off w real cane… just switched MD’s.. had bunch of tests and had to see a nutritionist .. seems the artificial/substitute sugar in any form is pretty bad for you… same thing w the High Fructose Corn Sweetener.. the ads say it’s just corn.. but that’s like saying because gasoline and plastic are both made from petroleum you can drive your car using ground up toys…..

Speaking as a man who’s already had a colonoscopy this morning, I find this cartoon insensitive, insulting, and an affront to the millions of sufferers of G.I. tract issues (both pasta and non pasta related).

I don’t remember Donna Loren, but I do remember ‘Garfield Goose’, King of the United States, and his trusty sidekick, Frazier Thomas.

For years, I thought the only way for coffee to taste good was loaded up with cream and sugar. A friend told me that if I drank it black for one week, I’d never want cream and sugar again. He was wrong. It took only three days. The first day was a little rough, and I made a face every time I took a sip, but I’m so glad I took his challenge. Coffee tastes best in its “pure” state. Try it for a few days.

I once walked from Ventimiglia to San Remo while hitchhiking. The roads were so twisty nobody could stop to pick me up. 17.2 km… I had sore feet that day, but what spectacular views.
