Must be for people who like eggs, but don’t want to admit it!

The only thing you can’t do with them is make fried eggs. I don’t worry about breaking any either.

The pulp has all the healthy fibers.

Because we’ve become so lazy that scrambling is too much trouble, I guess.

It is pasteurized, så you can use the raw, for making icecream or desserts, without risking the disseases you risk getting from raw eggs

A friend of mine is teaching in China and he says in markets, eggs are often just left out for days and even weeks at room temperature. We need to refrigerate them apparently because eggs are washed which removes a natural protective barrier.

Looks like what is in that carton is the first step in making an omelette.

I like that Frazz isn’t as perfect as usual. He’s admitted to some faults lately. (not visiting the library and drinking orange juice instead of eating an orange) It’s a nice change.

I’m as guilty as anyone (I could begin just about every single bit of commentary with that phrase), which makes it kind of fun on the days it doesn’t make it such that I can’t stand myself. To use today as an example, I’m a fan of Eggbeaters and other products that are the same thing with a different name. But you already figured that out, right? How would I even see the single-serving Eggbeaters unless I had my head and arm in the cooler reaching for the more traditional form? So clearly there’s a line in my mind that divides buying a carton with the equivalent of a half-dozen eggs in it and buying a little plastic single-egg peel-top cup,* and it’s fascinating to ponder exactly where that line is in my particular mind. Not especially flattering, but fascinating.

Use the egg whites to make matzo pancakes. Mix matzo meal with milk to pancake consistency, beat the egg whites with and egg beater until they are puffed up and fold ti into the matzo mix, you might want to put some sugar and cinnamon it is also. Fry in butter. Oh I put they yolks in it too.
