We accidentally ran a hand-knit sweater through the hot cycle of the dryer some years ago. It HAD been a mens large (more or less), nicely cozy and flexible. It turned into a stiff, thick, strangely shaped hot pad. An astounding amount of shrinkage.
Should have put it in the bath tube for a good long soak. I understand they must be pruned.
I have several bonsai. That’s not how you do it.
