Very nice! Trout really like chocolates or just doesn’t want her best friend spending time with a stupid (as in all) boy?

Oh Trout! I am disappointed and shocked by your terrible trick on two friends. I retract my previous statement that I love Trout. Sob! Poor Bob.

Reminds me of how the Soviet Union pretended to broker peace between Japan and USA to end WW2.

First thought was that Trout has a thing for chocolate covered cherries, then I remembered yesterday’s strip. Clearly, she’s making sure there isn’t even a remote possibility that Agnes will develop the tiniest spark of interest in Bob (getting to eat the chocolate covered cherries herself was just a bonus).
