Doesn’t Chris also have to be more aggressive? Him and Alexa bouncing people around the hallways would provide better panels than we are getting. But I guess it would be hard to fit in the daily hand drawings.

See how easy coaching is? Problems get solved in the dumbest way and you don’t even have to get involved. Gil and Mimi have learned this lesson all too well.
